Hampton Oaks is filled with amenities for it's residents!
The Community Center - centrally located at 80 Northampton, is where residents meet & greet at community functions such as Breakfast with Santa, the Spring Egg hunt, National Night Out, and of course for Board and Committee meetings. It can be rented by residents for meetings, parties, and functions.
The well-appointed main level has cathedral ceilings with a fire place and comfortable sitting areas, a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and counter/serving space, and restrooms. The downstairs area also has a kitchen area with refrigerator, range, microwave, and counter/serving space, restrooms, and doors that view the pool deck area. Both areas have tables and chairs that can be set up as needed to serve your party. Please see documents for facility rental rules and rental application.
Tot Lot, Multipurpose Court & Volley Ball Court - the play ground is a great place for kids! It features a slide, climbing equipment, and swings surrounded by trees for shade. The multi-purpose court has hopscotch, four square, and a track for bikes and scooters. The sand volley ball court is adjacent to the pool and tot lot - just bring along a ball & some friends - game on!
Tennis Courts - there are two hard-surface courts for residents (and guests) use (a gate code can be obtained from the HOA Management Office during normal business hours).
The Swimming Pool - is open every day during the summer months from Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend (except for a few occasions that it closes early for swim team meets and activities - see calendar for these dates/times). The pool is open from 4:00 - 6:00 pm on weekdays until the end of the school year, and from 11:30 am - 8:30 pm during summer hours and weekends. The pool has both shallow and deep ends, a separately enclosed kiddie pool, lots of deck space with lounge chairs, and an upper pool deck with umbrellas and tables. Lifeguards are on duty during open pool hours, however parents are still responsible for keeping an eye on their children in and around the water. Current facilities passes are required for residents to enter pool & can be obtained at the Management Office.Sidewalks, Walking Trails & Common Areas - Hampton Oaks also has sidewalks throughout the community, a trail that parallels Mine Road through the trees up to the Community Center, and common areas for residents to enjoy.
